Krishna Kyowa Joint Venture

Krishna Kyowa Private Limited, the newest Joint Venture company of the Shloka Group, was formed in 2024. It is a joint venture between Krishna Group and Kyowa Leather Cloth Co. Ltd., Japan (A Toyota Group Company). The company will manufacture and sell various synthetic leather materials for applications in automobiles, household items, and general merchandise.

Shloka Valves Pvt. Limited

Shloka Valves Private Limited was established with TA from OMB SALERI Italy in 2023. The manufacturing facility of the Company is situated at Bilaspur, Gurgaon, Haryana and manufacture Gas Inlet, Cylinder Valves for Automobile CNG kits for Automobile OEM’s. The major customer is Maruti Suzuki India Limited.

Shloka Interiors LLP (HH Interiors LLP)

Shloka Interiors LLP (HH Interiors LLP) was established in the year 2015 and it’s a wholly own company of the Group specializes in design and manufacturing of automative accessories like loose seat covers, trims for MGA, side-step, Door seal guard, carpet mats and mudflaps amongst others for Maruti, Toyota and Hyundai. The company was awarded certificate of appreciation and recognition of superior performance in the area of accessories development by Maruti Suzuki in 2023.

Krishna Landi Renzo Joint Venture

Krishna Landi Renzo India Pvt ltd (KLR) is an Indo-Italian Joint venture (between Krishna group India and Landi Renzo group Italy). KLR is a clean air company engaged into design, development and manufacturing of alternate fuel system/ solutions to OEMs (CNG, LNG, Hydrogen). Its manufacturing facility is located at Gurgaon, Haryana.
